During the Golden Week period (Wednesday, May 3rd to Sunday, May 7th), inquiries and deliveries will be handled as follows.

*We will not be able to answer any inquiries regarding shipping status during the holiday period. Please check the shipping completion email we send you after shipping.

You can place your order any time during the Golden Week holidays, regardless of holidays.

[Delivery holiday period]

Orders placed between 5/2 (Tue) and 5/7 (Sun) will be shipped from 5/8 (Mon) onwards.

*Even if you specify a delivery date, we may not be able to meet your request depending on the delivery company or traffic conditions. In addition, delivery may take longer than usual due to a concentration of orders or traffic conditions. Please note in advance.

Customer support will also be closed during the above period.
For inquiries received after 18:00 on Tuesday, May 2nd, we will respond to them in the order they are received starting from Monday, May 8th.
