Can I change the product or quantity after placing an order?
We will begin preparing your order for shipping immediately after receiving your order. We cannot accept any changes to your order after it has been confirmed.

Can you issue a delivery note?
After the product is shipped, you can issue the receipt yourself on the dedicated page.

*In order to go paperless and handle personal information, we do not include a delivery note with the product price in the package we deliver.

Shipping
Who is the delivery company?
Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport Takkyubin.
Some products will be sent by trackable mail (Nekopos).
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free nationwide.
When will the item be shipped?
For products that are in stock, orders placed before 12:00 noon (9:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) can be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next day.
Once shipped, you will be notified by email with a tracking number.
Can I specify a delivery date and time?
If you would like your order to be shipped as soon as possible, please set the delivery date and time to "Not Specified."
Please note that even if you specify a desired delivery date and time, we may not be able to deliver on the specified date and time due to the delivery area or circumstances of the delivery company.
Can I ship separate orders together?
Due to system specifications, we are unable to accept requests to bundle products after an order has been placed. If you place separate orders, each order will be shipped separately. Thank you for your understanding.
Can you ship overseas?
Delivery is only available within Japan; we do not ship overseas.

Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange items?
Once shipped from our store, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience (order mistake, size or color is different from what you expected, etc.). Please be aware of this before placing your order.
There was a problem with the product I received
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges.
Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
When doing so, please clearly state the "name of the product in question," "quantity," and "defective condition of the product," and attach an "image of the defective part of the product in question."
After checking the details, we will contact you again.
Please note that if a replacement item is unavailable (such as a sold-out item), we may provide a refund.

I did not receive the item and it was returned
If the ordered item is returned to our store after it has been shipped due to reasons such as an unknown address, long-term absence, or refusal to accept the item, we will process a refund.
Please note that in this case, shipping and handling fees will be borne by the customer and only the product price will be refunded.

We are unable to provide gift wrapping services. We apologize for not being able to meet your request.
Will anything with prices listed be included with the product?
Our store does not include any "delivery notes" or "items" listing the product price with the packages we deliver.
Even if you purchase it as a gift, the recipient will not receive the price of the item.
What is an eGift?
This is a service that allows you to send gifts to others even if you don't know their address by sending them a receiving URL via LINE, email, SNS DM, etc.
The recipient does not need to register as a member; the gift will be delivered once they enter their shipping address.

About the product
From what age can it be used?
airluv can be used from newborns to 4 years old.
Please note that the following models have different target ages.
・airluv 3 Newborn: 0-12 months ・airluv 3 Junior: 4-10 years
How long is the product warranty period?
The product warranty period for airluv is 180 days from the date of order.
For some products, we offer warranty extension campaigns, so please check each product page.
*Please note that the campaign may be canceled or ended without notice.
How do I care for it?
<In case of light soiling>
Wipe it off with a wet tissue.
<Washing Instructions>
1) Open the zipper at the bottom and remove the fan.
2) Wash gently by hand using neutral detergent in water below 40°C.
3) Wipe off any excess water with a dry towel and reshape.
4) Lay flat in a well-ventilated, shady area and allow to dry.
*Please refrain from using chlorine bleach.
*Due to the characteristics of the mesh material, using a washing machine or dryer will cause the seat to wrinkle and reduce its durability. Please refrain from using a washing machine or dryer.
*Please do not iron or dry clean.
*Please allow the sheet to dry completely before using.
What else is included besides the airluv itself?
In addition to the airluv itself, the following is included:

A separate USB power source is required, so please use a battery or power adapter with an output of 5V/3A or more.
Please consider purchasing a mobile battery or USB extension cable to suit your usage environment.
Can I use mobile batteries and extension cables other than dedicated products?
You can use a mobile battery and extension cable that are not the exclusive ones. Please use one that has an output of 5V3A or more.
*The USB port on the Air Lab is Type-A.
*If the usage environment does not match the output, the fan may be overloaded, which may result in malfunction or strange noises.
Can I power it directly from the car?
You can use a USB conversion plug for cigarette lighter sockets (compatible with USB Type A).
The USB port operates normally and safely up to level 3 with DC 5V, 3A or more.
What is the length of the power cord?
The power cord is approximately 1m long.
If you use it in a car, the length may not be enough.
In that case, please use a commercially available extension cord.
I understand that it is battery-powered, but are there any recommended batteries?
We recommend using a mobile battery that is DC 5V, 3A or higher.
If you wish to use it for a long period of time, we recommend using a mobile battery with a large capacity.
When using a 10,000mAh mobile battery, the estimated continuous usage time is approximately 4 to 5 hours at wind volume 2.
*This may vary depending on the condition of the mobile battery and external temperature environment.
How strong is the wind?
The wind strength of the airluv is designed based on your child's body.
Even on hot and humid days, it produces just the right amount of wind to suppress sweating and maintain a proper body temperature.
How noisy is the fan?
The airluv ventilation fan is hidden under your child's feet, so the fan is far away from your child's ears, making it much quieter than a portable fan.

There are individual differences in sound quality and volume, but the standard value is quiet operation at 35dB.
For reference, 30dB is considered the standard for a whisper, and 40dB is the standard for noise inside a library.
Are there any strollers that airluv cannot be used on? What size are the belt holes?
Generally, it is suitable for most strollers, whether forward or rear-facing.
The product is stacked on top of the stroller so if it is rear-facing, such as a Stokke Explorer, it may be difficult to set up as it will get caught on the leg support post.
The belt hole for the stroller belt is the same for all airluv models (Donut/Lolipop/Oreo), measuring 16.3 cm in height and 3 cm in width.
Can it be attached to a rear-facing child seat?
If you are using this with a rear-facing child seat, the length may not be suitable for the child seat.
Also, if the product uses an inner cushion, the width may be narrowed and you may feel pressured and the size may not fit.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could please check the size of the child seat product you have and the airluv product size listed on the product page.
Does the wind strength vary from air hole to air hole?
The head and neck are responsible for body temperature, so if strong winds hit these areas, you may be more susceptible to catching a cold.
airluv is engineered to deliver a weaker breeze to the head and neck than to the back and buttocks.
The wind blown out from the air holes travels along the surface of the mesh material and reaches all parts of the body, even those that do not have air holes.
Does it come with a special ice pack? What size ice pack can it fit in?
Ice packs are not included in the set. We recommend using ice packs that are 15cm wide x 13cm long.
*Only airluv 4 Plus comes with an ice pack pocket.
*Depends on the thickness of the ice pack.
If you suspect an initial defect or malfunction
*Please be sure to check the following before contacting us.
The power won't turn on, or turns off immediately
Please check the items below.
- Please check whether the same symptoms occur when connected directly to a power source (such as a USB-compatible AC adapter).
*Please use an adapter of 5V3.0A, QC3.0 or higher, not an iPhone adapter etc.
If the usage environment does not match the output, the fan may be overloaded, resulting in malfunction or abnormal noise.
In addition, if the problem occurs when you are using a mobile battery, but it works normally when you connect it directly to a power source (such as a USB-compatible AC adapter), the problem may be with the mobile battery you are using.
-Please check whether the mobile battery you are using has an auto power off function.
・If you are using a car, please wait about 5 minutes after starting the engine before using airluv.
Immediately after starting the engine, the output may not meet airluv's standards due to the need to charge the vehicle, causing the power to drop.
The fan doesn't work even when connected to the battery, stops midway, or stops immediately
Please check the items below.
・It doesn't work
We recommend using a battery of DC 5V, 3A or higher for airluv. Please check the specifications of the battery you are using.
・Stops midway
The battery may be set to auto power off. Please check the mobile battery you are using.
・Stops immediately
Try using a different battery or directly on a power source.
*Please use an adapter of 5V3.0A, QC3.0 or higher, not an iPhone adapter etc.
The fan is working but there is no airflow, it is weak, or it is hard to feel
Please check the items below.
・About starting to use
There may be cases where the airflow from the sheet is poor, so massaging the sheet with your hands may help improve the airflow.
・airluv design
airluv is a product that circulates air to keep the parts of the seat that are in contact with the seat dry and comfortable. It is designed to blow a gentle breeze, not enough to make adults feel cool, so we would appreciate your understanding in advance as a product specification.
In addition, to help maintain your child's optimum body temperature, the ergonomic design ensures that weaker air is directed to the head and neck, which are responsible for body temperature, than to the back and buttocks.
To prevent your child's body temperature from dropping, the seat blows out a much gentler breeze than the fan alone. As a guide to whether air is being blown out, if the seat itself inflates gently, then air is being blown out normally.
・Please check the following items to determine whether the wind is blowing normally.
*If you are using the product with a filter attached, please remove the filter and check that it works properly.
1. Do you see the same symptoms when connected directly to a power source (such as a USB-compatible AC adapter)?
*Please use an adapter of 5V3.0A, QC3.0 or higher, not an iPhone adapter, etc. If the output is not suitable for your environment, it may cause the wind to feel weak.
2. If you are using a mobile battery, please use one with an output of 5V3A or more.
If the usage environment is not suitable for the output, the fan may be overloaded, causing the fan to feel weak.
3. Make sure the zipper is tightly closed and the fan is not blocked, then turn the power to maximum level and run it for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Immediately after turning it on, there is no air circulation and the unit is not blowing properly, so it needs to be operated for a certain period of time.
-We recommend placing just the body part on a table or chair with the fan part hanging down.
- Please make sure to lower the fan's air intake slightly so that about half or part of the air intake is exposed and the fan can draw in air smoothly.
-Also, the banding will stretch a little, so we recommend installing it a little lower.
- Combine two layers of tissue into one and place it on the back/buttocks area of the operating airluv and check to see if the tissue floats.
airluv 4/4 + Oreo remote control not working
The remote control is designed to cut off the power when it is not in use, even if the battery and air hub are connected, to prevent the remote control from discharging from a mobile battery, etc.
The remote control specifications are as follows, and there may be significant deviations depending on the distance and environment.
Remote control reception range: 2-3m
・ Examination angle: 70 degrees up and down, 34 degrees left and right, measured within a 2m range (*It will be narrower at 3m.)
If the remote control does not work properly even within the above environment, please take a video that shows the condition and contact us.
The seat stitching has misaligned logos, misaligned seams, and loose threads.
Please check the items below.
・Logo misalignment
Due to the material characteristics and production process, there may be slight differences in the position, size, and color of the logo.
Please note that since the product can be used without any problems in terms of performance, we cannot exchange it for a defective product.
・Stitch misalignment/protruding threads/fraying
During the machine production process, there may be loose threads or misaligned stitching.
If the fraying does not cause a hole when pulled, we ask that you cut off the affected area with scissors before using the product.

・Frayed or protruding threads
If the fraying does not cause a hole when pulled, it is considered to be within the range of good quality.

・Overlapping fabric
During the machine production process, there may be some overlapping of fabric, but this is within our standards for quality products.

・Logo distortion/misalignment
Due to the characteristics of the material and the production process, the logo may be slightly distorted or misaligned, but this is within our store's quality standards.

airluv Warm
About the product
What is airluv Warm?
This is the winter version of the hugely popular airluv series, a "warm seat" recommended for going out on cold days with a stroller or child car seat.
The seat is heated by a built-in heating wire, and can be easily operated by simply connecting it to a mobile battery. It also comes with other safety features, such as a timer function and an automatic power-off function.
Like airluv, it is powered by a mobile battery.
What age range can this product be used from? Can adults use it?
Anyone from 0 years old to adults can use this facility. There is no weight limit.
How long is the product warranty period?
The product warranty period for airluv Warm is 180 days from the date of order.
How do I care for it?
Please hand wash the seat part.
Since this is an integrated heating element and sheet product, please separate the controller from the cable.
After washing, be sure to dry thoroughly and check that there is absolutely no moisture in the electronic components (controller connection parts) before using.
<Precautions when washing>
- When washing, be sure to remove the controller before washing.
・Please do not use a washing machine or dryer. Always wash by hand.
-When drying, avoid direct sunlight and dry in a well-ventilated, shady area.
- Please allow the product to dry completely before use. Please avoid soaking it in water for long periods of time or boiling it at high temperatures.
Are you worried about low-temperature burns?
This product is equipped with various safety features to prevent low-temperature burns.
1) The three-stage temperature adjustment function allows you to adjust the temperature to suit your environment and your child's body temperature.
2) With a 1 to 3 hour timer setting, you can eliminate the worry of low-temperature burns.
3) Automatic power off when the temperature exceeds a certain level! No need to worry if you accidentally forget to set the timer.
Since sales began in Korea up until now, there have been no reports of accidents such as low-temperature burns, so please use the product with confidence.
Please set the temperature according to your environment and use it appropriately while keeping an eye on your child.
Will the heating wire ever break?
The heating wire may break if you apply a load to the product while it is folded or wash it forcefully, but there have been no reports of the heating wire breaking so far.
In addition, in the unlikely event that the heating wire breaks, no current flows through the broken part, so the temperature will not rise and there is no risk of fire from that part. Please use it with peace of mind.

About the product
From what age can it be used?
It can be used from 6 to 24 months of age, when your baby will become more active.
How long is the product warranty period?
The warranty period for Hug Bear products is 180 days from the date of purchase.
I don't know how to clean up after use
1. While holding down the button on the back of the body, pull the head upwards to remove it.
2. Spread the armrests as far as possible.
3. Place the product upside down to dry so that any moisture inside the product can drain out.
The pillar and the body do not fit together properly.
Turn the pillar to the left.
② Press the pillar separation button.
③ As you turn the pillar slowly to the right, the button you were pressing will gradually come forward and snap into place.
The armrest button is stiff
The buttons on the arm are designed to be sturdy for safety. Please try the following steps when using the device.
Please press the button slowly and firmly before adjusting the angle.
*If you adjust it by pressing it lightly, the button may not mesh properly and may stop in an unseat state.
In that case, it may become stiff and difficult to move when you try to readjust it.
The buttons are so stiff I can't press them with one hand
The buttons on the arms are designed to be sturdy for safety.
Please press the button slowly and firmly before adjusting the angle.

About the product
About Poled&Cream Folding Mat
Is it compatible with underfloor heating? Can it be placed directly on carpet?
Poled&Cream is compatible with floor heating.
However, we do not recommend placing it on top of a heated carpet as it may cause damage.
You can use it on a carpet that does not have an electric heater, but we recommend standing it up periodically and drying it in a well-ventilated place.
Can I use both sides?
Both sides can be used, but only the front side has a gap-free design that makes cleaning easy.
If you turn it over regularly and use both sides, it will last longer as a play mat and you will be able to use it for a longer period of time.
In addition, the reverse side of the Premium mat is made of a rough, non-slip fabric, so it is not suitable for this purpose.
How do I care for it?
Basically, all you need to do to clean it is wipe it down, but it can also be washed.
Below are the washing instructions.
1. Use a paperclip or something similar to open the zipper.
2. Separate the cover from the inner foam.
3. Use a mild detergent and select the wool cycle in your washing machine.
4. Avoid direct sunlight and dry in a well-ventilated shade.
Bend the foam as you do this to make it easier to slide it in and out of the cover.
About the smell
Due to the nature of the material, there is a possibility that new polyurethane may have a slight smell, however we believe this can be reduced by drying in the shade in a well-ventilated area, so please try this.
About loose threads (thread ends)
If the fraying does not cause holes when pulled, there is no problem with the product itself.
Please cut off any frayed edges with scissors before use.
If you suspect there is a defect, such as a hole in the product, please attach a photo and contact us using the reception form for initial defects and malfunctions .
Can I wipe the mat with alcohol?
You can use alcohol if it is the type used to disinfect your hands.
(Neutral detergent, cresol solution, or commercially available disinfectant ethanol with a concentration of about 75-80%)
If you are concerned about stains, wipe the surface with a cloth soaked in neutral detergent, then wipe again with a dry cloth.
We also recommend wiping with water for regular maintenance.
After wiping with water, wipe again with a dry cloth.
If you are concerned about the smell of the mat, it may be effective to stand it up in a well-ventilated area.

How do I attach the baby playpen's fixing straps?
You can install it by following the steps below.
1. Lift the guard slightly and pass the securing cord through the innermost hole of the lower connector, then pull it through the outermost hole from the top.
2. Attach and secure the string to the opposite connector in the same way.
