Payment Method
You can choose from the following methods:
- Credit card (VISA / MasterCard / American Express / JCB)
- Smartphone payments (PayPay, d-payment)
- Rakuten Pay
- Postpaid (convenience store/bank ATM)
- atone next month payment (convenience store/direct debit)
▼Credit card payment
◎ Accepted cards
VISA / Master Card / American Express / JCB
◎Payment count: One-time payment only
◎Card holder name <br>As a general rule, we do not accept credit cards other than those in the name of the person placing the order. If you do not have a credit card in your name, please choose another payment method.
◎Security code <br>We ask you to enter a security code to prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.
The security code is a three-digit number printed on the back of your Visa or MasterCard card, and a four-digit number printed on the front of your American Express card.
◎Registering your card number If you register your email address and mobile phone number with Shop Pay, you can easily make payments the next time you make a purchase by simply entering the 6-digit code sent to your mobile phone number via SMS, without having to enter your credit card information again.

▼Smartphone payment
This is an electronic payment method that allows you to pay using a QR code on your smartphone or a dedicated app.
We use KOMOJU's payment processing service.
*To use this service, you must first register with the PayPay or dPayment app.
*After switching to the app, please complete the payment promptly.

◎Payment method <PayPay>
1) When placing an order, select "PayPay" on the payment screen and click "Confirm Order."
2) You will be redirected to the KOMOJU payment screen, where you can select "PayPay".
3) Check the payment amount displayed and click "Proceed."
4) The smartphone payment app will launch, so follow the instructions on the screen and click "Pay."
5) After completing payment, you will be redirected to our "Order Completion Screen".
<d Pay>
1) When placing an order, select "d Pay" on the payment screen and click "Confirm Order."
2) You will be redirected to the dPayment website, where you can follow the instructions on the screen to complete the payment process.
▼Rakuten Pay
You can make smooth payments using your usual Rakuten ID and password. Earn and use Rakuten Points! Enjoy the "easy," "secure," and "profitable" Rakuten Pay.
*Rakuten Points can only be earned when paying with Rakuten Card, Rakuten Points, or Rakuten Cash.
◎Payment methods
1) When placing an order, select "Rakuten Pay" on the payment screen and click "Confirm Order."
2) You will be redirected to the Rakuten member login screen, where you can log in with your Rakuten ID.
3) Check the details displayed on the Rakuten Pay website and complete your payment.
4) After completing the payment, you will be redirected to our Poled Japan payment completion page.
◎Regarding the use of Rakuten Points, please check the automatically sent email from Rakuten or your Rakuten Pay usage history for details on the amount of Rakuten Points used.
▼Pay later (convenience store/bank ATM)
Pay later (convenience store/bank ATM) is a safe and easy "pay later" option that allows you to pay at a convenience store or bank ATM after your order is completed.
Only your mobile phone number and email address are required.
The late payment fee is 209 yen (tax included).
■Payment process ・The day after your order is confirmed, you will receive an email and SMS with the payment number you need. Please make the payment at a convenience store or bank ATM (Pay-easy) within 10 days.

▼atone Next month payment (convenience store/direct debit)
atone is a payment system that anyone can use immediately, allowing you to pay for your monthly bills in one lump sum the following month at a convenience store or by direct debit.
You can earn 1 point for every 200 yen you spend, which is a great way to earn NP points that can be used for shopping at atone. For more details, please see the atone official website .
■Payment method The number required for payment will be emailed to you at the beginning of the month following your purchase. Please make your payment by the 10th of the following month using a convenience store terminal such as Loppi or a bank ATM (Pay-easy).
You can choose from the following four payment methods. Please complete the payment procedure by the end of the month via the smartphone app or your online My Page.
(1) Convenience store terminal / Bank ATM (Pay-easy) *Standard setting
(2) Electronic barcode (convenience store)
(3) Postcard bill (convenience store)
(4) Direct debit *Payments via convenience store terminals/bank ATMs (Pay-easy) cannot be made at Seven-Eleven.
*Electronic barcode and postcard invoices can also be paid at 7-Eleven.
■Notes: There is no charge for payment.
・A billing fee of 209 yen (tax included) will be charged only in the month of use. (Free if you use direct debit)
・The payment due date varies depending on the payment method.
- Fees will be charged in accordance with the membership terms and conditions of Net Protections Inc. using the specified method.

▼Number of days from order to shipping
If the item is in stock, it can be shipped on the same day if you order by 12:00 noon (9:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Pre-order items will be shipped 1 to 3 business days before the release date.
*If there is a large number of orders, shipping may be delayed.
- If you check out a pre-order item and a regular stock item at the same time, the pre-order item will be shipped together on the delivery date.
- We do not ship overseas.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather or road conditions.
The tracking number will be included in the "Shipping Information" email sent to you at the time of shipment.
For delivery status after shipment, please check the parcel inquiry system of each delivery company.
Changes and cancellations
We will prepare your order for shipping immediately after placing it.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot accept cancellations, changes to the product, or changes to the delivery address or name, etc. Please be careful not to make any mistakes when placing your order.
Starting with shipments made on or after June 1, 2023, Yamato Transport will charge shipping fees when forwarding packages.
If the delivery address is changed (forwarded) to an address different from the address listed on the shipping slip due to reasons such as "an incorrect delivery address," "long-term absence," or "moving," additional shipping charges will be incurred according to the changed address, and the "recipient" will be required to pay the additional shipping charges (cash on delivery).
Additionally, we cannot guarantee any additional shipping costs incurred due to forwarding.
Returns and Exchanges
When the product arrives, please check that there are no defects in the product and that it matches your order.
▼Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as the following:
- Products that have been damaged or soiled after receipt
- Reasons include the size not fitting, the color or texture being different from what you expected, etc.
- Frayed threads on general products
- Exchanges such as changing to a different size, product, or color
- If there are differences in color and texture depending on your monitor settings
▼Returns and exchanges due to defective products
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if you find any defects, damage, or incorrect products, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.
- If the product is defective, we will replace it.
- If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If a replacement item is unavailable, such as if the item is sold out, we may offer a refund.
- Please note that if the product is returned without prior notification, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange.
▼If you have shipped overseas using an overseas shipping agency, etc.
Our store only delivers within Japan.
If you use an overseas shipping agency to ship your order overseas, please be aware of the following:
- Even if the product is damaged after it arrives overseas, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.
- Even if a missing or incorrect item is discovered after the item arrives overseas, we cannot accept exchanges, returns, or ship the missing item.
▼If you are unable to receive the product and it is returned
If you do not receive the product after it has been shipped from our store and it is returned to our store, we will unfortunately have to refund you and cancel the order.
In this case, we will handle the return as a result of customer convenience. Please also note that shipping and handling fees will be the customer's responsibility.
*We will only refund the product price, and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

◎ Regarding gift wrapping: Gift wrapping will be available for eligible products only if you purchase a gift bag together with the product.
Please see the gift bag page for more details.
◎ Regarding gift wrapping, we do not provide gift wrapping services.
coupon
Enter the coupon code on the order screen to apply the discount.
Please check the terms and conditions of your coupon before using it.
- Select the product you want and add it to your cart.
- On the shopping cart screen, check your order details and click "Proceed to purchase."
*The discount has not yet been applied at this point. - Enter the coupon code.
For PC users: Enter the code in the "Coupon Code" field and click "Apply ." For smartphone users: Tap "Order Details/Coupon Entry," enter the code in the "Coupon Code" field and tap "→" - When a coupon code is applied, the "Coupon Name" and "Discount Amount" will be displayed under "Discount".
The total amount will also be changed to the amount with the coupon discount applied.
*Please make sure to check the screen to see that the discount has been applied.
*If you do not meet the conditions for using the coupon code, you will not be able to use it.
*If the coupon discount is not applied properly, please contact us using the inquiry form .
*Please note that coupons cannot be applied after the product has been shipped.
