We are pleased to announce that our online store has reopened on Monday, February 20th, 2023.

The new EC site has expanded its content, changed its design, and added new functions to make it easier for customers to view and use.

Due to the renewal, the operation method may differ from the previous online shop, so please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

■To members who use the old POLED official BASE store website

① Due to system changes following a major renewal, you will need to register as a new member.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you register as a new member.

You will no longer be able to purchase from the existing website.

②For those who shopped at the POLED official BASE store before the renewal, you can check your order history in the "Order History" section of the "Pay ID app".

We recommend that you take a screenshot of your order screen.

If you place an order without logging in to your Pay ID (guest purchase), you will receive an email from noreply@thebase.in immediately after placing the order, and you will be able to check the details of your order.
