Please let me know when sold-out items will be restocked
Please note that we will not be able to respond individually to inquiries regarding restocking.
If you register your email address in the "Receive arrival notification" section on the product page, we will send you an email notification when the item arrives.
Can I cancel my order?
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations due to customer convenience.
Please be aware of this and make sure to place your order correctly.
Can I change the order address or shipping address?
Please contact us using the inquiry form to provide your exact address.
Please note that if the product has already been shipped, or even if it has not yet been shipped, we may not be able to accept the change depending on the timing. In that case, we ask that you contact the shipping company yourself to request the change after the product has been shipped. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I change the product or quantity after placing an order?
We can accept changes to your order after it has been confirmed, provided that the order has not yet been prepared for shipment.
If you wish to change the products or quantity you have ordered, please contact us immediately using the inquiry form.
Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipping at the time you contact us, we will not be able to change your order.
When will the product be shipped?
For items that are in stock, orders placed by 12 noon (9 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) can be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next day.
Once shipped, you will be notified by email with a tracking number.
