Please let me know when sold-out items will be restocked
Please note that we cannot respond individually to inquiries regarding restocking.
If you register your email address in the "Receive arrival notifications" section on the product page, we will send you an email notification when the item arrives.
Can I cancel my order?
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations due to customer convenience.
Please be aware of this in advance and make sure you place your order correctly.
Can I change my order address or shipping address?
Please contact us using the inquiry form to let us know your exact address.
Please note that if the product has already been shipped, or even if it has not yet been shipped, we may not be able to accept the change depending on the timing. In that case, we ask that you request the change from the delivery company yourself after the product has been shipped. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I change the product or quantity after placing an order?
We can accept changes to your order after it has been confirmed, provided that the changes are made before the product is prepared for shipping.
If you wish to change the products or quantities you have ordered, please contact us immediately using the inquiry form.
Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment by the time you contact us, we will not be able to change your order.
When will the item be shipped?
For products that are in stock, they will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days after your order. (*We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.)
Once shipped, you will be notified by email with a tracking number.
