Refund Policy

  • This service is for customers who purchase from this site. Please note that it does not apply to purchases from other retailers.
  • Products other than airluv4+ are not eligible.
  • If you contact us after [7 days from the date of product arrival], we will not be able to assist you.
  • Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if cushions other than airluv are used.
  • The elastic band on the top of the head can be used without being installed, so we cannot accept returns due to inability to install it.
  • Child seats are not eligible for return or exchange as they may not be able to be installed due to compatibility issues between the vehicle model and the child seat.
  • Installation on anything other than a stroller (such as a child's wheelchair or the back seat of a bicycle) does not qualify .
  • If you are using any of the following ineligible stroller products or stroller shapes:

Stroller products not included in the campaign

  • Stokke Xplory X (when used face-to-face)
  • Stokke Xplory X (when using carrycot)
  • YOYO 0+ style
  • YOYO Bassinet

Stroller shapes not included in the campaign

  • The foot area is covered so that the fan under the air rabbet cannot be hung down.
  • There is no space to pass the stroller crotch belt through the hole at the bottom of the air loop (see 0:03 in the video for installation instructions)

Customer Harassment

Based on the Corporate Manual for Countermeasures against Customer Harassment published by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, we define customer harassment as any of the following acts that go beyond what is considered reasonable in society.

Please note that the following descriptions are examples and are not intended to be limiting.

      • Threatening, intimidating, threatening or other intimidating behavior
      • Insults, derogatory remarks, abusive language
      • Privacy violations
      • Defamation on social media and the internet
      • Requests for services that are excessive according to social standards, such as requests for support that exceed the scope of the warranty
      • Unreasonable demands for apologies or demands for punishment of those involved with our company
      • Restricting employees for long periods of time by making the same requests or complaints excessively

Dealing with Customer Harassment

If we determine that customer harassment has occurred, we will prioritize the safety and care of our members, and may refuse to provide the perpetrator with all or part of our services or suspend them. Furthermore, if we determine that the behavior is malicious, we will contact lawyers, police, and people related to the perpetrator as necessary, and take appropriate measures in an organized manner, including legal action and criminal proceedings.
