- Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause discoloration or burn marks.
・When cleaning, always wash by hand. (Otherwise, the fan part may be damaged.)

[If you think it may be broken, please check the following first.]
1) The wind is weak and does not come out. The wind volume does not change even if you adjust the wind volume.
→Open the zipper at the bottom, take out the fan and check if it works by itself.

2) The fan is working properly, but the airflow is weak or difficult to feel from the seat
→When you first start using it, the air coming out of the sheet may be poor.
You may find that the airflow improves if you knead the sheet with your hands.
In addition, airluv is ergonomically designed to maintain your child's optimum body temperature, and delivers a weaker airflow to the head and neck, which control body temperature, than to the back and bottom.
As a guide to whether air is being blown out, if the sheet itself is gently inflated, air is being blown normally.
Also, please check that the fan at your feet is not left unattended and that the zipper of the opening is properly closed. If the fan is blocked by something or the opening is open and there is a gap, the air may not be able to be taken in properly.

3) It doesn't work even when the battery is connected, it stops midway, or it stops immediately
Not working: We recommend using a battery of 5V2A or higher for airluv. Please check the specifications of the battery you are using.
Stops midway: The battery may be in auto power off mode. Please check the mobile battery you are using.
Stops immediately: Try using a different battery or power source.
