(Liquid getting into the fan may cause it to malfunction.)
●When washing, be sure to remove the fan.
●If exposed to direct sunlight for a long period of time, discoloration or heat marks may appear.
●Remover, fabric deodorizer, wax, acetone, and medicated patches may damage the fabric if they come into contact with it.
●Please be aware that dark colored foods (such as pickles or curry) or fabrics (such as jeans) may transfer color to the product.
●Deformation, discoloration, and sagging of the fabric may occur depending on the usage environment and period of time.
When replacing the grill, make sure the fan has completely stopped rotating (for at least 10 seconds after turning the power off).
●Due to the characteristics of the material, the product may be damaged if washed with strong force or twisted and dried.
●Do not use a dryer or dehydrator as this may cause deformation of the product.
●When removing the fan, remove the single screw securing it.
Be sure to take care not to let children put the removed screws in their mouths.

[Washing instructions]
Remove the fan from the main unit.
Do not use chlorine bleach, iron, leave in water for long periods of time, or dry clean.
●Do not use a dryer as this may cause deformation of the product.
●After removing the moisture, dry in a well-ventilated area.
●Exchanges or returns will not be accepted due to discoloration or deformation caused by improper washing and drying, so please follow the prescribed procedures.

[If you think it may be broken, please check the following first.]
1) The wind is weak and does not come out. The wind volume does not change even if you adjust the wind volume.
→Open the zipper at the bottom, take out the fan and check if it works by itself.

2) The fan is working properly, but the airflow is weak or difficult to feel from the seat
→When you first start using it, the air coming out of the sheet may be poor.
You may find that the airflow improves if you knead the sheet with your hands.
In addition, airluv is ergonomically designed to maintain your child's optimum body temperature, and delivers a weaker airflow to the head and neck, which control body temperature, than to the back and bottom.
As a guide to whether air is being blown out, if the sheet itself is gently inflated, air is being blown normally.
Also, please check that the fan at your feet is not left unattended and that the zipper of the opening is properly closed. If the fan is blocked by something or the opening is open and there is a gap, the air may not be able to be taken in properly.

3) It doesn't work even when the battery is connected, it stops midway, or it stops immediately
Not working: We recommend using a battery of 5V2A or higher for airluv. Please check the specifications of the battery you are using.
Stops midway: The battery may be in auto power off mode. Please check the mobile battery you are using.
Stops immediately: Try using a different battery or power source.
